How Lab billing works

Do I need to choose how many seats to buy?: No. You invite people and we bill for whoever is in your lab. The first 2 are included, and each additional manager or worker is $12/month ($120/year).
Who counts?: Managers and workers, including you. Viewers have read-only access and are always free; a manager approves each one.
What happens when someone joins or leaves mid-month?: A new person is charged for the rest of the current period only. When someone leaves, their spot drops off your bill at the next renewal; until then you can give it to someone else at no extra cost.
Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?: Yes. On the yearly Lab plan we can email an invoice with your PO number, payable within 30 days by card or bank transfer. Ideal for grant funds.
What happens after the free trial?: Your workspace becomes read-only until you subscribe. We never delete your colony data.
